I had a wonderful experience! I checked out the mattress at one of their locations and was able to order it online when I was ready. The process was seamless - I worked with an agent over email to plan the best day for delivery. On the day of the delivery guys came in and dropped off my mattress in my room and it was all over in less than 10 minutes. My mattress was exactly what I wanted - I’ve already recommended it to friends and family!
