I made on online purchase through my Naturopath. Everything at my end was simple.
It turned out a certain harbal product was unavailable, at which point Natural Chemist got in touch directly with my Naturopath to sort out an alternative that would best suit. They also rang to let me know what was going on and the slight delay in delivery due to this change. Overall I was very impressed to be kept in the loop, but also that they went to the source that would know what I need (my Naturopath) rather that just ask me alone.
