We have been customers of Natural Chemist for over two years. We order a large array of supplements (approximately) monthly all prescribed by our boy's Pediatrician. The Natural Chemist online order system is easy to use and once we upload our treatment plans items are readily available for us to order. We have found the staff always genuine and helpful even though out the challenges of lockdown when communication and orders became more difficult. The fact that the Natural Chemist supplies items we cannot easily find locally with their ability to compound products and the well-established relationship they have with our preferred practitioner means we find their service essential. The fact they make my life easier by assisting us and clarifying our preferences when items are out of stock is a bonus.
