Everything was fine, processing of order was fine, delivery time approx 5 working days after dispatch, my only issue was that I didn't recieve any communication from Natural Chemist after placing my order and getting a confirmation. There wasn't an email saying "We've processed your order" or "Your order has been dispatched" - I had to rely on getting that information after the fact from the shipping company. It's not a deal breaker and I will buy again, but just makes me worry when buying first time from a new company, and it makes it feel like I don't know when I will get my order because I don't even know if they've seen it yet,
