I have not received supplements as they were delivered after I had gone away for Easter and Australia post did not take note of my instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place.I had a friend coming to pick up and put in fridge however the parcel is in a post office till next week when I return home .
Will the supplements still be ok as they should be refrigerated!?
Very annoying as all of this is so expensive.
