Did not receive a tracking number when I ordered and paid for my order. After 8 days of no response I emailed Natural Chemist and received a tracking but product had not been sent. I finally phoned and spoke to a lady who apologised as she mentioned product was out of stock. I finally received my order. Not very professional. Had ordered previously had no problems then.
