I placed my order on April 13th for hand sanitizer. Recieved tracking information a few days later stating my package had shipped; however, was unable to track my package. The company sent me several loooong emails explaining how they were experiencing longer than usual ship times, and that they were aware of the issues regarding tracking, or rather lack thereof. I get it. We're in the middle of a pandemic. My complaint is that someone within the company created a shipping label for my order, and it clearly was not shipped out. I have inquired numerous times, and recieved the same loooooong emails detailing their day to day operations, and how hard they were working to get orders out. I was told they expected to be caught up within a couple weeks. I have asked for a refund, and as of this moment, I have not recieved a response. I am frustrated. I expected to have hand sanitizer within a week of ordering. I have now been waiting two weeks! Maybe the products this company makes are wonderful beyond measure, but I wouldn't know. I'm still waiting and they have my hard earned dollars.
