I placed my order on January 25. I received 2 -3 emails expressing regrets at the delay in shipping. I tried to be understanding and patient. Over the past month, I have email 4 more times. Each time, getting the same canned response.
2 days ago, I tried again. This time, I got a response saying my order must have been lost and asking if my address was correct.
So, currently, I am out $114 (I had great hopes for this company) and no products, and getting the runaround.
At this point, I feel I should get the products AND a refund.
I am thoroughly disappointed. At this point, I'm still not sure I will ever see anything for my lost $114. :(
