Nature City has GREAT natural supplements! The information they send in their Newsletters is always excellent and in keeping with their adherence to providing natural substances for us. The BEST thing about NC - aside from their products - is their customer support!! I know their secret; it is a lady named Miranda, who NEVER disappoints, who will stick with the customer through website tech support, and through anything else the customer needs, even to being there when the client shows a lot of frustration!! To me, "Tech Support" is usually most frustrating, stroke-producing, teeth grinding, and anger-producing. Most tech-support people do not tend to call back or indicate that they "feel the pain" of hours spent trying to correct something or make an order (or fix something.) At Nature City, Miranda fields these difficult cases and does it with a cheery voice, quite a bit of empathy, understanding, and a VERY pleasant attitude, with a teaspoon of laughs from the "Humor Shaker!!". Then, of course, there is her experience, her ability to figure out WHY something does not work properly, and then to stay at it until it is properly fixed!! AND, most importantly, she remembers her customers as well as their cases! I very much like Miranda, the "Miracle Worker" at NC .... She deserves a HIGH salary, since she keeps NC customers, as well as keeping them happy!!
