We purchased a Neff built-in steam oven model B48FT64.0, built-in microwave/oven model C17MR02.OB and a Hob model T59.S5 just under 5 years ago for our holiday home in Europe. Due to COVID we have not been able to return for about 2 ½ years, so the ovens have had about 30 hours use over the 5 years. When we finally made it to our home we found that these appliances were either faulty or didn’t work. The 2 ovens don’t work and the Hob’s features don’t work. We also purchased a Neff dishwasher and refrigerator at the same time and they were fine. The main switchboard to the house was off so we can’t blame the faults on any power outage/surge issue and the other appliances were fine. When we contacted Neff, their response was quick and polite, but we were bitterly disappointed to find that they do not stand by their products and were advised that we will have to bear the cost of repairs even though the products have hardly been used. We were told they have stopped working due to lack of use! I’m surprised that such high-end costly products have failed to operate with such little use (or lack thereof) and that Neff to do not stand by their products or brand. We thought we were purchasing quality premium products and a trusted reputable brand, especially given the pricing. We have been very let down on all fronts. As a result I strongly do not recommend Neff.
