There is nothing positive to say about either my induction hob or oven, both play up and less than 6months would certainly never have Neff again . Terrible customer service on top.

Hide and slide oven packed in after 2.5 years with very light use. Power cut seemed to completely kill it off. Engineer appointment first availability was 7 days time. On the morning it was cancelled and earliest next date is another 7 days. 14 days with no oven. Contacted local oven repair company who winced when I said Neff because 'they are notoriously difficult to fix - better off getting a new oven'. Simply shocking. Neff hob also a pain - warning signs are too sensitive (e.g. wiping with a damp cloth it rings out). Never, ever again will I buy Neff.

Review: Neff N90 Microwave - Disappointing Reliability I purchased the Neff N90 microwave with high expectations given the brand's reputation and premium price point. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. The microwave functioned well initially, but after just three years of light household use, it has completely failed. For a premium appliance that's marketed as a high-end product, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. The timing of the failure is particularly frustrating as it occurred shortly after the warranty expired. During its working life, we used the microwave sparingly - primarily for basic reheating and defrosting tasks. Despite this minimal usage, the appliance couldn't even maintain basic functionality beyond the three-year mark. This raises serious questions about the product's build quality and longevity. For potential buyers considering this model: - The initial purchase price is significant - The build quality does not reflect the premium positioning - Post-warranty support options are limited - The actual lifespan appears to be disappointingly short Given my experience, I cannot recommend the Neff N90 microwave. For the premium price point, consumers should expect significantly better durability and reliability. There are likely better options available from manufacturers who stand behind their products for longer than just the warranty period. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)

Door is full of debris due to what I think is a design error. Customer Service is dire just robot replies. Apparently the door has been designed to be taken off as it's accepted food will fall into the vents! I understand this is quite a challenge as a call out from NEFF engineers is their favoured outcome.

This has to be the worst oven (Hide and slide)I have ever had in almost 38 years. It is impossible to get anything to nicely crisp or brown. Cooking Christmas dinner this year was a nightmare with me resorting to finish things off in the air fryer with a resultant poor Christmas dinner. Cleaning the door is a nightmare that takes hours to take apart and clean but I detest runs and streaks in between the glass. All in all avoid them despite the hype that Neff are top end

I have a corrosion hole at the bottom of my not so cheap 5 year old slide and hide oven. Have followed manufacturer instructions throughout my usage. The lightbulb died within my first year and the door strip looks like its been chewed by a dog. I’ve lost faith in the brand and would never purchase a Neff product ever again. Reading comments from other users makes me reluctant to contact my insurers as they will most probably say that i’ve kept high moisture foods in there for too long. Seems like a scripted answer from the company to anyone who comes forward with rust issues!

Did a review to say how disappointed we were that just over 2 years old our oven needs an engineer visit. Expected perhaps a response from NEFF to say they would honour the warranty but I got this instead….. Response from Brett · Social Media: Hello, thank you for taking the time to write your review and we're sorry to hear of the issues experienced with your oven. We would recommend an engineer visit, you can book this online at https://www.neff-home.com/uk/service/repair/book-a-repair-online or alternatively call 0344 892 8989 to book this with our customer services. The current call-out charge is £106 (£117 within the M25) plus the cost of any parts required. The price includes all VAT & labour charges.

In all my 56 years of marriage this is the worst cooker I have ever had. I cannot rely on it as the actual cooking procedure is never the same. I no longer have people round for meals as I cannot guarantee the item I am cooking will turn out right. Chickens do not brown, roast potatoes / parsnips burn. It is constantly asking to be cleaned and I hardly use it now. I have just spent the morning cleaning the ovens. Useless.

Absolutely disgusting service, we decided to go with Neff when purchasing our new kitchen because of an instore promotion with Wren, we have had to jump through a ridiculous number of hoops, whilst having provided all the necessary information. Their customer service is none existent, I waited so ling before each message within their ridiculous and inefficient messenger service, this doesn't tell you when you have received a reply so the onus is on you to keep checking. This means that over 6 months later whilst still having laborious communications Neff stated the promotion has ended and we shall not be receiving our refund! I put in a complaint and they said that would take 10 days, guess what.....still no reply over three weeks on. Never will I use Neff again, even a simple request as to a template for their integrated dishwasher has not been responded to. Serious lack of customer service, ability to meet their customers needs and then refusing to honour their promotions means I urge you to stay away from this company. Only purchased their products because of the promotion and in my naïve belief they were a reputable company.

Oven had failed after 4 years requiring 2 elements and the main control board. Total cost over £300 Contacted NEF customer service (naff more like) to offer to return the old part for failure analysis and whether they would be willing to contribute towards the cost of repairs. Came back with the stock answer “ sorry out of warranty” Obviously never heard of good will gestures and not even an acknowledgement that I would return the old parts for them to look at. After only 4 years of use this is totally unacceptable Clearly they have no regard for customer satisfaction where this will now result in abandoning the brand for another make (for life) My recommendation to others seeking a NEF/ Bosch/ Siemens ( same outfit) appliance is to go elsewhere where customers are a priority Will never go near these makes again

2 year warranty for an oven is an absolute joke to the paying customer.

I purchased integrated fridge freezer 3 years ago for my new kitchen. The freezer door is really awkward & hard to open & now keeps freezing up & needs defrosting every few weeks. I assumed it was self defrosting especially at that price! Engineer came out and charged over £100 & didn’t know what was causing it so that was a complete waste of money . He just took off the outer carcass door & said that may have been fitted wrongly by kitchen fitters & was letting air in. I now have no outer shell & have to wait till he returns to see if that works! No doubt he will try & sell me expensive parts that I cannot afford. I wish I had bought a freestanding fridge freezer that was self defrosting!

The cooker was fitted along with a new kitchen eighteen months ago I would strongly advise against buying this product the main oven door is the slide under design and badly designed at that When the door is in the open position it has a vent that faces upwards and no matter how careful you are it lets ingress to enter between the glass door panels because it looks unsightly you need to continuously clean the door to do this the door as to be removed and disassembled it’s a fiddle of a job that takes an hour and needs to be done regularly during my last removal and clean I broke one inner glass panel The cost from Neff £207 So it’s good wheez on their part you pay for their very bad design I spoke to customer service and explained my dissatisfaction but their response was Live with it I would never buy another Neff product ever

Our built in microwave (C17UR02NOB) broke again. Error code E1007 again. Purchased march 2021. Magnatron replaced September 2022 under warranty. Here we are July 2024 with a useless piece of junk. These magnatrons don't last long so expect a breakdown every 12-18 months. I have never had a microwave break down on us before, in fact of the 3 previous ones, 1 was sold, The second is in my workshop (to re heat my coffee) And the third one I have brought back in to replace this useless naff. Sorry, neff. Even better naff neff. Probably looking at around £200 to have it repaired. Don't expect appliances of this price to have such a short life. Looking at other reviews I see I am not alone with the magnatron problem on a naff neff. I had never even heard of a magnatron problem untill I bought this. You would think that with this amount of magnatron problems they would have sorted the problem. But as neff like to point out, they are a innovative company. They certainly are, the innovation is in the way they make more money on what was a very expensive appliance in the first place. If you buy one of these, expect high maintenance costs. Have also seen reports about the electrical efficiency of this item & it doesn't make good reading .

From day one of purchasing oven B47CR32N0B/93 four years ago it frequently warns it needs cleaning despite the fact the oven is spotlessly clean. According to a NEFF engineer this is because the oven registers too many cooked roast meals. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!! We are a two person family with below average oven usage (we have two Neff ovens - the other is a steam oven, which has not required a deep clean since it was purchased at the same time). At the time of purchasing the ovens we also purchased three other Neff appliances, and all appliances were manufactured in 3 different countries! I recently contacted customer services to explain the oven saga but the operator was only interested in selling a costly visit by an engineer, who would undoubtedly repeat what the other engineers have said!! ABSOLUTELY NO HELP WHATSOEVER! It is my view that the oven in question is faulty. Very wary of purchasing Neff in the future!

We bought an expensive inbuilt microwave that Jeff repaired within warranty and then it keeps breaking every 3-4 months. Need should recall the product and actually it would be good to provide some customer service rather than saying it has passed warranty. We know that it has but my question is that it needed repairs within warranty sh should ideally be replaced when same part keeps malfunctioning.
