We have Neff Microwave, Double-Oven and Hob and they are around 2-3 years old. Just out of warranty (days!) the Hob display went faulty. Luckily for us Neff came and repaired it but told us that water had got in… possibly steam!! So don’t forget not to book anything on your Neff hob.
Now the LED display on the microwave is faulty making it difficult to read… yet again Neff say this might be a “water issue”… like steam.
So it would seem to me that Neff kitchen appliances are excellent just as long as you don’t use them for their intended purpose!!
Very disappointing because whilst not being the most expensive appliances out there, they are by no means ‘cheap’. Certainly wouldn’t choose Neff again :-(
