Hide and slide oven packed in after 2.5 years with very light use. Power cut seemed to completely kill it off.
Engineer appointment first availability was 7 days time. On the morning it was cancelled and earliest next date is another 7 days. 14 days with no oven.
Contacted local oven repair company who winced when I said Neff because 'they are notoriously difficult to fix - better off getting a new oven'.
Simply shocking.
Neff hob also a pain - warning signs are too sensitive (e.g. wiping with a damp cloth it rings out). Never, ever again will I buy Neff.
