Great cooker but the oven light breaks at regular intervals, since purchase in 2015 it has failed three times and what makes it worse is that you can not get them out to replace even with the special tool supplied by Neff , twice an engineer came out under warranty to replace but now on the third occasion we have been charged £130 as its no longer under warranty. I contacted Neff and they raised a case then proceeded to do absolutely nothing, it seems you have to factor this cost in as a regular payment to keep the unit working as Neff are not interested.
