Ordered presents for Christmas failed to be delivered, only automated emails, some reviews suggesting the company is in trouble it's starting to sound like they are true, paid a premium to have the parcels delivered waste of time and money, no customer service just auto response saying they are dealing with lots of issues, no real surprise, maybe dealing with some of them would really help getting the que down,
