Absolutely shocking bad customer service!!! Contacted NEOM via email regarding a faulty three wick candle, sent photos as requested and now nothing!!! This was on the 5th Jan, over a month has gone by and still nothing!!! You can't phone them, live chat doesn't work. I've tried contacting them via their Facebook ads, of which there are many!!! But still nothing!!! NEOM you are an absolute disgrace!!! I thought you were all about wellbeing, what a joke!!! You take people's hard earned money, send faulty goods and then nothing!!!! Frankly it's disgusting and very disappointing.
