There is simply NOTHING repelling about neotrades broker for me. Brokers are created for what? That is right - provide mediation services and ensure traders have robust infrastructure which they can rely on when brainstorming the market, running comprehensive analysis and all that. Neotrades nail it. They have rather big leverage up to 1:400, several account types, btw I have an expert one, PAMM, copy trading and many other features which make it stand out. IMHO, it's difficult to find a decent broker nowadays, correctly speaking - it requires much time. Not all are ready to devote it.
