If there was a way to give a review without a star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My 24 hr delivery order was changed by Net A Porter, I telephoned and explained that I would be out of the country for 7 months and if it did not arrive within 2 days I had to cancel the order. Also that I would need to see the goods myself and there was no safe place to leave the parcel anyway. Four emails later, and two telephone calls with two American halfwits they claim the parcel was delivered 6 days later and I signed for it consequently I have been charged for it including the express delivery costs. Having left the country four days previously this is a lie. I am disgusted by the obvious nonchalance and disability of the staff. I would never shop with them again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience.
