“WORST EVER!! DO NOT BUY!
I spent over 7,000 euros on Net-a-Porter, 4,000 of which were two months ago.
I was supposed to be promoted to "silver" after 3000 euros, after 1 month.
I was never promoted. I tried several contacts with the support team, and there was no resolution to the problem. They said they couldn't confirm my balance and that I would have to wait for the promotion to "silver".
Angel Nichole is also an incompetent in supporting team, she said to me that for have rewards I have to be inscribed in Net-a-Porter for at least 1 year!! LYING!!! It’s not what is written on the platform!!
Outrageous for a luxury platform! You will never find such contempt for the customer as you find at Net-a-Porter.
I wouldn't recommend buying from this platform to anyone.”
“Net-a-porter is a company that cheats both customers and those who work for them. Those who work press like so goods will be ranked higher and be seen better. Anyone who works with it is also cheated of their money. It should be like you own your own and have to pay for certain things and then get back the money that was spent, but you don't get that. “I ordered 3 items. I received 2 items one of which I was not keen on. I called to advise and asked if the 3rd item was sent separately. NAP advised everything should have been together. The girl said she will set up an investigation and arranged a return. I was waiting for contact, made another call and was told investigation was not set up and she would personally do this, I still had no contact and called again, the advisor wanted me to send a picture of the box. I told him that was returned with the item I returned. He again said he will expedite. Again no contact so called again and was told takes 2-3 weeks, spoke to alia manager who said will expedite again and send email. I received an email 3 hours later from someone else with someone full address name and mobile number. I called the person to advise DPA BREACH. I spoke to NPA who wasn't bothered but then I got another email about me returning another item. I am lost as to what is going on. I just want my refund and never to order from them again. Ridiculous customer service who understands nothing clearly!! I have this persons personal data and they simply do not care as a company!!!”

I deal with thousands of shippers in my business. Net-A-Porter/MrPorter ranks among the worst regarding the above mentioned topics. They carry nice products, but if they don't back up the safe delivery to you, what good are they?”
“LOST ORDER, NO REFUND & NO RESPONSE!!!
I ordered a dress from Net-a-Porter (NAP) on 1 September 2023. DHL was the courier.
DHL passed the parcel to Australia Post (instead of delivering to my home) for delivery when the parcel arrived in Sydney.
Auspost lost my parcel and sent me a formal email to confirm that the parcel had been lost.
DHL investigated and emailed me to confirm that my parcel was lost on 8 September 2023. DHL then promptly informed NAP that the parcel was lost.
I immediately messaged NAP Customer Care asking for a refund but they refused because they had to investigate.
I have since been messaging NAP everyday for an update but keep getting fobbed off with a “we are still investigating and we will email you” response.
My order was LOST ON 8 SEPTEMBER 2023.
TODAY IS 5 OCTOBER 2023 and I have not received any email from NAP. NOTHING.
I have emailed feedback@net-a-porter but the email was returned to my inbox because this email address does not exist.
I called the Australian NAP Customer Care number 1800 638 680 but the call always gets cut off and the line goes dead.
I also messaged NAP on Instagram. The reply I received was “we’ll get back you when we have an update” !!
What a stressful, frustrating and exasperating situation to be in!!!
I would strongly encourage all online luxury fashion shoppers to buy elsewhere or you could end up in my position: NO PARCEL, NO REFUND, NO RESPONSE AND NO RESOLUTION!!!!”

I am flabbergasted. After a research about reviews of Net-a-Porter I see a lot and I mean a lot of really bad negative reviews similar story's or even worse.
My order was incomplete with 1 missing item. They send different mails.
First my order was lost, then my order was not lost and in the box according to Net-a-porter. Then my order was delivered with the same weight the investigation with DHL was closed, then I get an email that the investigation was still in proces and today I get a mail that the weight was more than the original send package?? WHAT?!
Confusing much.
They immediately went to DHL and blame them but the package was delivered at the pick up store. So is DHL responsible for a missing item? They never in any mail since mail 1 took responsibility and the strange thing is Net-a-Porter tells me it was weight and at DHL it weight more then it weight with them. How can it weigh more?? Where 2 boxes put on the scale? What t f happened, come on. How is it possible what was packed weigh more? Did my order multiple in the box by a wizard.
The e-mails feels like lies there is too much inconsistency and different stories. They never put the fault with them self my gut feeling is it was never packed (maybe by mistake, mistakes can happen). There was a lot of black paper mess in the box and wrapped with a thick plastic pouch on the products that where in the box it would not even have fitted another product! I send pictures everything. Again do not order here you will be scammed!
I'm going to inform the brand NÉCESSAIRE also and let them know what happened when customers are buying there brand at Net-a-Porter.”
“I can’t be more disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I ordered a dress. I tried it on and it did not fit. All tags were left on and it was returned within the appropriate time frame. I received an email saying the dress was damaged and they were not excepted the return. It was never worn! “Buyers Beware!!!! My Etro blouse was made in India but the info was missing under the details and care. The Made in India info was deliberately omitted to mislead customers since most of Etro’s garments were made in Italy...a blatant deception by omission. Net-A-Porter only offered me a measly $40 credit compensation. I could not return the blouse as I had already paid a hefty $200 in taxes. Shame on you Net-A-Porter!!!!!”
“Worst customer service and returns policy/ system ever. I called 5 times over 2 days to get a returns label waybill label. They kept sending me a proformer paperwork. They assured me it had been escalated and would be made a priority. Don't bother. They will say anything to get you off the phone. I also emailed them, no response. Over 30 hours waiting and still no label. The courier can't take the return without this. If Net-a-porter had bothered to include this return label in the box, I would not be having this problem. I even live chatted with the customer service agents and they couldn't resolve the issue. They have gone down hill so much. Spend your money at Matches or FarFetch. They both give great customer service.”
“After having placed many orders with them, I buy a dress and when I am trying it on, I realise the zipper is broken. I send it back and ask for a refund or for them to fix the zipper and they respond that it's not possible. So they re-send the same dress. You may be lucky and not have any quality issues while ordering with them but if one time you receive a faulty item, be sure you will be stuck with it, no matter the price!”
“My boyfriend bought me a luxury cosmetic fridge “the beauty Fridge” for Christmas and after opening, it shortly stopped working. My boyfriend has been messaging the returns team for over 6 months since Christmas and the returns team are saying that they would get back to him again and again. A Christmas present and it is now June, We are so frustrated because this should have been sorted in January. Do not buy from here as any other company would have had this sorted in January!”
