My boyfriend bought me a luxury cosmetic fridge “the beauty Fridge” for Christmas and after opening, it shortly stopped working. My boyfriend has been messaging the returns team for over 6 months since Christmas and the returns team are saying that they would get back to him again and again. A Christmas present and it is now June, We are so frustrated because this should have been sorted in January. Do not buy from here as any other company would have had this sorted in January!
