I received a dress with visible wear and tear on the zipper. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it because the wedding was so close. On the day of the wedding, I wore the dress, but midway there, the zipper broke, forcing me to return home and miss the event. I chose a size 12 for modesty, ensuring the dress wasn't tight. When I contacted New York Dress and provided pictures showing the dress was already worn, they only offered a 50% refund. Given that I can't wear the dress to any occasion and missed the wedding due to its poor quality, I find their customer service and product quality very disappointing.
