I ordered a dress on Jan. 11 and till date, I didn’t receive it and nobody is answering my concerns through email in a professional manner. When I am going to receive my dress I don’t know. In the website it’s written within 14 days but now it’s over a month and I didn’t get my dress nor a decent feedback.
