your return and refund policy is totally unacceptable. it just show that you do not care about the customer only about making money. I understand there needs to be a boundary but this is to limited and only about you. I will have a store credit but will only use it to benefit another person. this is not a business model I wish to encourage.
A refund within a certain amount of time is reasonable or a larger notice about your refund policy.
I would recommend you to no one and discourage them from buying from you.
