The dress is clearly a store sample and has been worn multiple times. The stitches are opening in a few places, threads have been pulled out from other places (non stitch areas, so effectively a whole panel has a lose thread. Moreover, I can see the underarm, the neckline areas worn out with sweat marks. For a dress almost $1000 this is very upsetting because it has made me lose a little faith in NYD and all you guys provide is just store credit for returns.
