I've already sent you feedback re lack of shuttle bus at long term car park, I did this on 24th Feb. and as yet, have heard nothing back.
In summary, my wife and I requested a shuttle bus just after 8am on 13th Feb. We were told "sorry, it stopped at 8am".
How can you justify charging £94.99 to park for two weeks and provide no shuttle bus?
My wife and I are both 66 and have good health and mobility, so were able to get to the terminal building unassisted.
God knows what we would have done if:
1. Our mobility was not good.
2. We were a family with young children and multiple bags of luggage.
3. The weather was bad.
This needs to be addressed, otherwise I won't be using the long term car park again.
