Clear and obvious Signage (relating to what we thought we'd purchased) for the spectrum of different car parks is poor which caused all sort of anxst and practical problems. Your staff's help in resolving the consequences though was very good.
It might help if your booking websites clearly identified the locations & boundaries of the different parking areas /names.
