Parked car for 10 days.On exiting the car park on our return the barrier would not lift to allow us to exit.The machine demanded a ridiculous amount of money to exit.Contacted parking company on the machine who bypassed the payment and lifted the barrier for us.This has happened the last 3 times we have used this car park short stay 2.What is going on.Need to improve the ticket system so it works properly.We prepaid the parking online so it should have worked better.
