Arrived back in Newcastle on an early morning flight and spent a frustrating 30 minutes queuing for passport control. More passport terminals are required.
As a result of delay at passport control (partly) my case had been taken by mistake from the luggage carousel and I had to make a special trip back to the airport a day later when the case was returned.
All in all, not a good experience in the middle of the night.
