I am sorry to report this but this is the 2nd time in a matter of 4 months I have had problems. In September the machine read the wrong registration number on my car. And now when I returned in January the exit barrier asked for payment ! After going to the office this was sorted but my family were stood in the cold waiting by the terminal while I sorted this out.
Also I paid extra for the express drop off and pick up again I had to pay again for this £2 each time.
We are frequent uses of the on site parking but our past experiences have been very poor, I await your reply.
