Sent me the wrong item. To get my refund I need to print out a slip, repackage the item, find a post office during COVID lockdown, then wait 3 weeks for my refund. Oh and then reorder for the correct item. If they make a mistake, they make you do the work - they could have sent me a prepaid and addressed satchel to return the wrong item and processed an immediate refund - instead they have a broken process. Don’t buy off them online.
