The products are excellent but unfortunately for me returning an item impossible I have repeatedly contacted online to request a scanable code which is unattainable various excuses. I have recieved a printable returns but have no access whatsoever to printer. I am left with an unusable track suit and out of pocket for almost £60. Won’t be using Nike online again

I'm overwhelmed with happiness and relief after recovering everything I lost to investment scammers who took my entire retirement savings. One of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ill never shop with Nike online again. Chat advisors refuse to give their name, ive been left out of pocket with damaged trainers for christmas and they are refusing to resolve it. Keep cutting me off the chat and im now having to go through my bank to put in a claim against them!

The worst customer service, ordered a bag that was never delivered, no solution in the store, money taken, item is lost. Very disappointed, don’t ever order on line in Nike.ae, such a poor experience for a big brand

I'm pisssed. Iv spent thousands of dollars on Nike gear. I entered the drawing for the Travis scotts this morning. Acouple minutes later I got a Notification in the app saying that I was chosen in the drawing. Then 10min later I received an email stating that I wasn't chosen in the drawing. This is making me second guess giving Nike another cent of my money.

It's all set up I just witnessed it first hand every one of their draws are set up. They have the site set to where if your using a computer you can't have a chance at the draw bc it won't open up on certain ones unless it looks like its coming from a mobile phone. As soon as the computer was set to make it look like it was coming from a mobile device bam it popped up immediately. Every bit of their draws are set up. It's all rigged me and my husband just witnessed it bc it pays to have someone know a lot about computers. Yall are nothing but a lie and I'll never buy another thing from yalls lying self. You are a joke. You don't even send what someone pays for you send them some ragidy shoe you done charged them 210 dollars for. Absolutely ridiculous and I'll never waste another dime of mine shopping with them and they better hope I don't return this thousands of dollars worth of stuff I've bought in the last month bc a lying business like that doesn't deserve my hard earned money I promise that. I'll never look at nike the same and they will be lucky if they don't see me in court bc I have proof their site is rigged. It's all a lie you'll never have a chance don't even go doe it you will be let down evert time where you never had a chance to begin with. It's all lies I seen it first hand. You should be able to join a draw from a computer and unfortunately they have the site set where certain draws you can't which is not right and nit a fair chance to everyone. It's all set up so they already know their fixing to decide who gets it and you shouldn't be able to decide by judging someone and hand picking them yourself bc we know your fixing to pick everyone you know and that's not a fair chance to everyone it's all set up. I'm so done woth their lying self that doesn't deserve my money.

I been as a Nike customer for long time and ordered a lot of shoes. 10 days ago I order 1 pair Nike air force 1 evo and the UPS said It delivered but I didn't receive my shoe!!! I called UPS and they said I have call Nike, ao I call Nike last night and the machine said wait 45 minutes, after almost a hour, the guy pick up the phone and the phone line very not clear, too much noisy so I asked him Hello 2 times and he said so rude " you don't need say hello many times ok, I' m go any where, I 'm here okay..... " I told him I didn't receive my shoe andhe said hold on and let me wait time about 20 minutes and He can't help me as I need to call UPS, I said I didn't called UPS and they said call Nike and he said hold on several times let he check something..... after one hour he told me the same as before I need to call UPS!!!! Waste my time 1.5 hours, from now on I will never buy anything Nike product and will tell all my family and friends about this story. Bye bye Nike!!!! I wish I can give them o star!!!

sent 2 pair out of 3 but say they ship the 3 pairs. no resolution after waiting 75 minutes to chat with someone that did not resolve the problem. it's easy. the parcel should weight less with 2 then 3 pairs... never again , they stole my money.

I live in Canada and purchased a $200 digital gift card from Nike.com where I make all of my online purchases. I did not realize at the time of purchase that the transaction was processed in US dollars. It was a gift for someone’s birthday and they have not been able to use it because we have since found out it is not an accepted form of payment for online purchases here in Canada and is not accepted in any Canadian stores. I did not know this information at the time of purchase or I would have saved myself a lot of stress and disappointment. The Nike Canada agents I spoke with did not know this information either. Multiple times they sent me a list of stores where it should be accepted, only to change their statement later (after I called every store on the list and all stores confirmed the gift card was not recognized in their system). After numerous phone calls, emails and being passed around from Nike Canada to Nike USA, then Nike Corporate in an exhausting process to try to resolve the issue over a period of 3 months, I am extremely disappointed in Nike as a company for their lack of willingness to do the right thing. After multiple “escalations” and requests to Nike USA from myself, Nike Canada and Nike Corporate, they are still not willing to credit or refund the purchase in any way. We do not travel to the USA and even if we did, the closest Nike store is a 6 hour drive. Nike says they care about the customer, but their actions do not align with their company statement. I was told by in-store Nike representatives that this has been an ongoing issue with Nike. This same gift card issue has happened to many Canadians and Nike has not been willing to resolve the issue. All Nike stores in Canada are third party owned and do not accept Nike gift cards purchased online. How confusing and frustrating for customers who started out happy to make a Nike purchase and proud to wear the brand. This experience has completely changed my view of the brand as a whole. Hopefully this will help others avoid the same awful experience.

I PURCHASED NIKE SHOES VIA ONLINE ORDER NUMBER -NSA0202350-9382 on 15 Nov 2024 and on 18th raised a ticket for Return. i did not change my address, its the same since the time they delivered. Since 19th Nov , Nike's KSA pickup agent SHIPA LOGISTICTS who messaged me (contact numbers-) 19th Nov - 057 217 4579 24th Nov - 059 365 1553 26th Nov - 057 182 5313 28th Nov - 054 422 7805 5th Dec - 054 059 6447 are raising FAKE calls, saying they will come to pick, but does not come. Low standard logistic services + your partner 5 times i received WhatsApp messages, but no-one visited for pickup I complained to Nike Customer Service too 6 times, even they say their agent will visit soon and they will resolve, even this went is vain. i visited the Granada Mall store to return, the cashier refused to take and asked me to visit Nakeel Mall....and only at this store they accepted. Fed-up / disappointed /terrible / horrible/ disastrous and worst experience.

Just read the reviews. As you can see most of the people here ended up paying for shoes they never received. Same as me, lost $500+. And just fogett about getting any help from customer service, they are trained in just repeating a few lines from a sheet on their desk. And will likely never answer any of your questions.

Nike has a horrible customer service who are rude and tell customers to go f themselves. They cancelled my order and didn't refund me , and on top of that insulted me.

Thank you Nike for sending me the worst shoes u have that broke after 3 wear, thank you for not taking the shoes back as i don’t have the box nor initiating refund. You just lost a loyal customer that will never step into nike store again. Nike invincible 3.

They have now stolen from me two times in the last week after I spent thousands with them in 2 weeks time. Absolutely ridiculous. I Absolutely hate nike now and I'm telling yall of you don't give me my fn money back for the stuff I've bought you can't seem to deliver nor tell me anything about it I swear to God I'm fixing to sue you and I'm not even playing. You think your going to sit there and steal from me twice you got life fd up. After I been nothing but a loyal customer to you for yall to do nothing but send me used shoes the last 6 orders I've done at least, sent me shirts with stains all over them and really think that's OK. Or you just don't deliver the stuff I pay for. Yall have lost your fn mind and you have for sure lost me as a customer. Yall are the sorriest people and business I've ever dealt with in my life. You don't even deserve to be able to sell not one thing bc you steal people's money, send them used stuff or nothing at all and no refund but think that's OK. Wtf is wrong with yall. I finally won a drawing on the SNKRS app and they send you a big email congratulating you saying “GOT EM!” Just for them to delay my shipment twice and after receiving a 3rd shipment date they have the nerve to cancel my order 10pm the night before shipping. I call customer service once again waste countless time just to find out they sold my order to obviously a much more important customer. Such a let down they tied my money up for weeks for nothing. As a father of 3 with countless Nike apparel and shoes this draws the line in my house. They won’t receive a single penny from anyone in my house ever again.

Very sorry to say that I have purchase Nike slippers from scratchers store at vr mall Mohali ,but as the Nike has great name and good quality but these slippers of Nike got shrinks from size 9 to size 6,I don’t know how it happened.it is very shame full ,I will neither buy Nike products nor will suggest anyone in future
