I came in to return some Jordan's I bought online. The cashier was Marleih. I pulled the shoes out of my purse. She scans them and tells me insert my card. I look at my phone to said "I have to see what card I used." After entering my pin I noticed she charged me and told her it was a return. I told Her I literally just pulled these out of my purse why would you charge me after I pulled up my Nike app for her to scan. She responded with I didn't see that. Then refunds the shoes but only the purchase she just did not my original online order. I called Nike.com and they told me I had to go in store and that it shows on their end. I get to the store and of course they say it was refunded and so they start checking stock and see that there was a mistake. This whole thing is shady and the girl was rude. I get it's the holidays but paying attention to your job wouldn't hurt. Your literally paid to do so.
