Placed an order online for 4 pair of shoes. They gave a delivery date of Saturday. Never got my order. I called customer service. They said my order was split up. Then a order was delivered on Friday to my unit at a red door. My door is white. Then they said the order wasn’t delivered it was just showing that. So I got refunded for that part of the order. My second part of the order was now supposedly gonna be delivered Monday. Here it is Monday and no package. Said a label was created but no order. So the kids went to school without their new shoes no thanks to Nike. Customer service sucked. Never again
