Here are the details of my purchase: Order Number: NAE0295008-3221 Model: Nike Court Vision Alta Size Ordered: 36.5 Size Requested: 36 I recently attempted to process this exchange at a Nike online store,due to the shoes got loose as I wear them for one day and which was initially a fit and now it slips of my feet but my request was denied because I no longer have the original box. I understand that original packaging is preferred; however, I have reviewed Nike’s exchange policies, and it is my understanding that exchanges should be accommodated even without the original packaging, provided the item is in acceptable condition. The shoes are in excellent condition and have only been worn one time. But the team refused to assist in exchange and keep on sending an email link for return policy as my case was to exchange for a new size and not returned item. So despite my multiple attempts, I was left with a bigger size shoe model and my money was wasted and it was my first exchange with nike and even that was not accomoodated and i was very disappointed and had deeply negative experience.
