I wish could give Nike.com ZERO STARS!!! I ordered a pair of shoes over a week ago. UPS said they were out for deliver and they never delivered them. Now the status says “on the way”. I called UPS they said the shoes are missing and to talk to Nike. I called them 3 times! Call kept getting dropped and/or fake elevated. I have 2 case numbers that nobody can link to my order!!! I wanted to get the shoes for back to school for my kid and they told me I had to pay for them again plus $30 to expedite the shipping! Then I asked for the refund and was told it will take 10-12 business day! That’s after school starts! And no, I can’t pick up the shoes in a store because nobody has them and the nearest store is almost an hour away! STAY AWAY! Terrible! ordering and telephonic system!
