I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience ordering from Nike. My order was supposed to arrive in one to three days, but it’s now overdue, and I’m still waiting. I’ve reached out to both Nike’s customer service and their delivery provider multiple times, only to be bounced back and forth with no real answers or help.
Nike’s customer service has been little help—they keep telling me to check with the delivery company, but when I contact them, I’m met with vague, inconsistent information and no clear update on when my package will actually arrive. It feels like neither Nike nor the delivery company is taking any responsibility, and the lack of communication has been exhausting.
For a brand as big as Nike, this is extremely disappointing. I expected better service, especially given the high standards they promote. I’m seriously considering canceling my order because I can’t rely on either the delivery company or Nike’s support. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from them again if this is the level of service they provide.
