My partner bought me a pair of Nike Air Max and after wearing them only 3 times both shoes are ripped close to the big toes. The net seems to be very weak.
Unfortunately he lost the receipt and we were not able to go back to the store cause they will not care unless you have proof of purchase.
I reached out to the customer service and they replied that they do not review your complaint unless you have a receipt because they are protecting their authenticity and integrity.
Sad they treat their customers like that. I believe their integrity should be shown in the quality of the products, but instead a pair of $220 shoes are worst quality than a pair of $10 K-mart shoes.
