Just purchased a new Nissan X Trail Tekna Plus for valued at 50k. small Scratch marks, Cruise control does not work, engine makes a strange rumbling sound at times like its a diesel car when its not.
Customer service it absolutely awful. You ring Nissan and someone in france answers not knowing anything!!! im told to contact my local nissan and the closest one says they will ring me back....noone did. On following up myself they tell me their diagnostics machine does not work and i have to ring another Nissan garage up.
You get a better service at a MacDonalds drive through than calling Nissan. They will take your money and leave you with all sorts of problems you have to try and sort out yourself. I thought buying a Nissan was going to be a great experience....sadly its a terrible company not interested in the customer at all. Shame on them as Nissan just doesnt care about its customers. They forget bad customers will tell everyone they know and the rest of the world and customers they will have no more.
