I purchased a TV and was told someone would call to arrange installation within a specific time period as I had a visitor coming who would have appreciated having a TV. After a week and one follow-up I returned the product.
I was told the refund would be in my bank account on the next business day. That is now almost two weeks ago and there is no sign of the funds in my account.
Wish I'd read these reviews before shopping at the Nelson branch.
