This is the second time NL Manukau have offered us Unacceptable Bad Customer Service that was after we had spent over $2,000 on a new iMac Computer. We were referred to NL Manukau for further Technical Support with our new iMac only to be told they couldn't do what we required "transfer data from our old iMac to the new iMac We had this request done & completed by a Private provider" with no problems at all. We went back to where we bought our new iMac from NL Ormiston & requested there after new computer service ... Organized a time & day with NL Manukau tecnician logged into their system the Technician changed the time frame BUT never communicated this to us. Un- fricken-Believablle. Really shld be rated a #1 ...
