Have spent whole week trying to speak to a person. Automated phone responses are a waste of time. Emails not answered either, except by the equivalent to an automated phone response. Have enjoyed great service over the years not so now. They take your money then don't want to know you. No more will I shop there after I get this current product which is under warranty sorted. No wonder stores are closing or not doimuch trade. Deliver what you promise and educate your staff. Sort out your communication abilities.
