The capsules are easy to swallow and I like the lack of plastic in the packaging. I can not say anything about the improved health benefits because I have not been taking them long enough but I will be happy to review again after a few months of taking the supplements. I ordered the kit of Vitamin D and the Omega3 supplements and I received only one storage jar but the company was very quick to react. Their customer service is very helpful and effective. I will definitely order again.
