I have now been taking NothingFishy Magnesium for several weeks and feel an improvement to my sleep.
I have Multiple Sclerosis and therefore other health benefits are trickier to track, but regardless if I can feel the results, I know it is the right thing to continue to take Magnesium to keep inflammation down and try and maintain bone health, which is impacted by the disease and treatment.
Honestly, even if it only continues to have such a positive impact on my quality of sleep, it is absolutely worth it!
Better sleep = less pain, less headaches, less fatigue, better movement, less brain fog, better quality of life 🙂
And it also helps that the vitamins look aesthetically pleasing!
