The product, Burt's Bees Lip Balm, Pink Grapefruit came up easily as that's what I searched for, but when I went to pay the postage of £3.99 had been selected and I had no option to accept it even though there were 4 options on the list when I checked Delivery Information. I was unable to select the Post Office at only £3.49. Not impressed with this as no information was given for the reasons why I couldn't choose.
