My recent experience with their service has been deeply disappointing and is consistent with the numerous negative reviews I’ve seen. I placed an order and specified a safe place for delivery with DPD, but my parcel was not left at the designated location. The delivery slip was vague, and the tracking information was inconsistent. Despite providing Notino with additional details and images of my property, they insisted that the parcel was delivered correctly based on DPD’s claims. The images they provided were unclear and did not match my actual property. My attempts to resolve the issue through Notino’s customer service were met with frustration. They repeatedly dismissed my concerns, failed to escalate the issue properly, and offered no meaningful assistance. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, only offering generic responses and refusing to acknowledge the discrepancies. To add to my frustration, I’ve since discovered that many other customers have faced similar issues with Notino's delivery service and customer support. It’s evident that this is not an isolated incident but part of a broader pattern of poor service. Given my experience and the numerous complaints from other customers, I strongly advise against ordering from Notino. Their delivery service is unreliable, and their customer support is inadequate and unresponsive. I am now pursuing a chargeback claim through my bank due to their failure to resolve the issue.
