A very poor and bad service, ordered few items 9 days ago,it was a gift for my sister and i was about to flight and i was told that the parcel was damaged so i requested another one a replacement, and again it was sent without my address can you imagine that, sending a parcel with just a name!?! I called the courier and they asked me to contact Notino and asked them to modify the address I did so early in the morning but they don't care the advisor told me that they wouldn't deliver it and they will wait until the next day i explained to them that I'm travelling and it's urgent and all this happened because of them,they are faulty but they refused to do any effort,can you imagine that i rescheduled the flight and i paid fees for that,and i promised the items to my sister's for her birthday and I'm travelling empty handed,so because i won't be at home i requested a return and straight away i received an email that the parcel is back to them(notino) and that they will issue the refund within 24 hours
So to be returned it's okay,and to deliver it they can't
It's disrespectful
They don't really care about their customers
10 days to get nothing just imagine that
