Getting my brakes done couldn't have been easier. I set up my appointment via text, and I was given clear pricing and expectations. Randy was actually early, anyone who has had an "appointment window" knows it almost always means it will be at the last possible minute, not the case with NuBrakes. Randy texted me to make sure it was okay to arrive early, was very friendly and respectful, and got my front brakes done in half an hour. My receipt was emailed promptly, and I got a follow up text to make sure everything went well. I requested the part numbers used on my car and they sent me an email within 5 minutes. My experience literally couldn't have been better. When I got my rear brakes done the conventional way, it took forever to find an appointment that worked with my schedule, it took 3 hours, I had to get a ride home and back to the shop, AND I paid more. I have already told everyone I know about NuBrakes and I'll definitely be using them next time.
