Ashielle showed up at 9:43 and swapped out 2 rotors and 4 pads, and test-drove the vehicle in just under an hour. He gave the car a quick look before performing any service and immediately suggested I needed new pads on the axles not being worked on. Once I approved he started those first and showed me why he suggested that and I knew from that point this dude knew what he was doing. He performed the work with a swagger that only a veteran could’ve done.
