The tech got held up on an earlier job that caused him to get to us much later than he had planned and at the end of his day. However, he had a great attitude, efficiently made our repairs, and, as the website says, did not try to upsell us. He did only the work that was needed. I’ll be calling about another vehicle repair next week.
