Very friendly and quick response to request for an estimate; set up an appointment for a technician to come to my work, and he ended up arriving an hour and a half before the appointment time, which was fantastic. I was told the service could take about an hour and a half to 2 hours, but he was done in a little under an hour. Very satisfied.
